Most questions are answered in the app's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. If you can't find what you need there, just email us — we read every message.
Subscriptions & Billing
Premium subscriptions are billed and managed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). To cancel, change your payment method, or request a refund, open your device's subscription settings. We are unable to process refunds directly — Apple and Google handle all billing for in-app subscriptions. If you believe you were billed in error, contact us at info@strategicstyleco.com and we'll help guide you.
Account & Data
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from inside the app: tap the account icon, scroll down, and tap "Delete account". This is permanent and cannot be undone.
