Use of the App
You may use the app only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of it, or interfere with its operation.
User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Subscriptions (Auto-Renewable)
Kaukau Premium is a 1-month auto-renewable subscription priced at $5.99 USD per month (price may vary by region and is shown in your local currency at checkout). Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same monthly price. You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase. No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during the active subscription period. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
AI-Generated Meal Plans
The meal plans, recipes, and nutritional estimates generated by the app are AI-powered suggestions only. They are not a substitute for professional nutritional or medical advice. Always consult a qualified professional for dietary or health concerns. Nutritional values are estimates and may not be accurate.
Intellectual Property
The app and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the app.
User Content
You retain ownership of the ingredient and meal data you enter into the app. By using the app, you grant us a limited license to store and process this data to provide the service.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the app at any time, for any reason, including violation of these terms.
